Our motto is: engineers for engineers. Thanks to our own specific technology and engineering backgrounds, and experience working at the government’s WBSO desk, we are specialised in succesfully promoting technological innovation via the WBSO and Innovation box. We are confident to let your actual benefits be the judge of our success. That is what makes RenDit unique.

We will not ask you which projects should be applied for. We will ask you what you are working on and then make sure that your activities are best supported by the WBSO and Innovation box. We will take care of the entire process, starting from identifying the best opportunities and projects, all the way up to assisting with the registration and possible audits. Our approach is as follows:

Meeting

During the first meeting we will speak the entrepreneur’s language. You get to know us and we get to know your company and its activities. This allows us to present you a quick and honest assessment of the opportunities and possible benefits.

The Application

To write the best application possible, it is important to speak both the language of the developer and that of the government official judging the application. We will interview the engineers and developers to get to the technical bottom of the development. We then will translate this information to a clear and thorough application ready to successfully travel through the governmental regulatory agency. This application will be presented to you first for review and will be filed only after your approval.

Aftercare

After filing the application, we will keep a close eye on its status and will alert you when it has been approved. Not only will we help you to process the WBSO benefits obtained, we will also assist and stand by you during a possible audit afterwards. We will naturally take care of the timely filing of consecutive applications and will stay informed on relevant changes to the subsidies.

Costs

Instead of speaking about costs, it would be more accurate to ask us what you would gain by working with us. Because we like to be meassured by success, we mainly work on a no cure no pay basis. This also ensures that we will always have the same goal. When a contingent fee is not conceivable, if we are asked to conduct a pre-audit for example, we can also agree to a fixed fee.

No cure, No pay

Our contingent fee is a percentage of your net WBSO benefit. The word ‘net’ is very important since there may be a difference between the WBSO benefit initially applied for and the WBSO benefit finally allowed for at the end of the year. A developer may fall ill and not be able to work on the project for example. That is why we square our fee at the end of the year, based on your final WBSO benefit. This fair approach not only defines us and sets us apart, but also ensures you that we will continue to help and assist you after the application is filed.

Fixed Fee

A fixed fee allows you to know your exact costs in advance, despite the amount of hours gone into - and result of - our efforts.
